Dental Implants &
Implant Rehabilitation
Missing teeth affect more than appearance - they impact eating, speech, and confidence. Our implant services provide permanent, natural-feeling solutions planned with precision and built to last, from a single missing tooth to complete arch rehabilitation.

Single Tooth Implants
A permanent, natural-feeling replacement for a single missing tooth - a titanium root topped with a custom crown.
A dental implant is the closest thing modern dentistry has to regrowing a tooth. A small titanium post is placed into the jawbone, where it fuses naturally with bone tissue over several weeks - a process called osseointegration. Once stable, a custom-made ceramic or zirconia crown is attached on top, matched precisely to the colour, shape, and size of your surrounding teeth.
The result looks, feels, and functions like a natural tooth. Unlike bridges, implants do not require grinding down adjacent healthy teeth. Unlike dentures, they do not slip, click, or need adhesives.
Each implant case is planned using digital imaging to determine optimal placement for long-term stability and aesthetics.
What This Involves
- Titanium Implant Placement
- Osseointegration Monitoring
- Custom Crown Fabrication
- Digital Implant Planning
- Immediate Loading (when appropriate)
- Guided Implant Surgery

Implant-Supported Bridges & Dentures
Multiple missing teeth replaced with implant-anchored bridges or dentures for secure, stable function.
When several adjacent teeth are missing, individual implants for each tooth may not be necessary or practical. Implant-supported bridges use two or more strategically placed implants to anchor a fixed bridge spanning the gap - replacing three, four, or more teeth without removable prosthetics. For patients currently wearing full dentures, implant-supported overdentures offer a transformation in stability and confidence.
Two to four implants are placed in each arch, and the denture snaps securely onto locator attachments - eliminating the need for adhesives, preventing slipping during eating and speaking, and slowing the bone loss that occurs beneath conventional dentures.
What This Involves
- Implant-Supported Fixed Bridges
- Implant-Retained Overdentures
- Locator Attachment Systems
- Strategic Implant Positioning
- Prosthetic Design Planning
- Screw-Retained vs Cement-Retained Options

Full Arch Implant Solutions
Complete arch replacement using strategically placed implants - a fixed, permanent alternative to full dentures.
Full arch implant solutions replace an entire arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed prosthesis supported by four to six strategically placed implants. This approach can often work even when significant bone loss has occurred, by using longer implants placed at precise angles to maximise available bone. The result is a permanent, non-removable set of teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth.
Patients can eat confidently, speak clearly, and smile without hesitation. Treatment planning uses digital imaging to map the optimal implant positions, and in suitable cases, a provisional set of teeth can be attached on the same day as implant placement.
What This Involves
- All-on-4 / All-on-6 Protocols
- Angled Implant Placement
- CT-Guided Surgical Planning
- Immediate Provisional Loading
- Fixed Hybrid Prostheses
- Long-Term Maintenance Planning

Bone Grafting & Site Preparation
Rebuilding bone volume in the jaw to create a stable foundation for dental implant placement.
Successful dental implant placement requires adequate bone volume in the jaw. When bone has been lost due to tooth extraction, gum disease, injury, or prolonged denture wear, bone grafting procedures can rebuild the foundation needed for stable implant placement. Grafting materials - which may include synthetic bone substitutes, processed donor bone, or the patient's own bone - are placed at the deficient site and allowed to integrate over several months.
In the upper jaw, a sinus lift procedure may be needed to create sufficient bone height beneath the sinus cavity. These preparatory procedures are planned as part of the overall implant treatment plan.
What This Involves
- Socket Preservation Grafting
- Ridge Augmentation
- Sinus Lift Procedures
- Guided Bone Regeneration
- Membrane Placement
- Healing Assessment & Monitoring
